Within my 5 years of working here, I have worked in every classroom. Also, I am a cheerleading coach and have been for 7 years. I am 23 years old, and attend CCBC Essex to receive my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. Hi! Im Cathy Bartch; the children call me Mrs. Cathy, (or sometimes Mrs Cappy!). My husband, Ed, & I live in a little yellow bungalow alone with our two dogs. I have two beautiful daughters, Collene and Chrissie. Collene works aas an educational assistant at the Highroad School, which serves special needs students. Christine works as in ICU Medical Assistant at Johns Hopkins Hospital. They both do great jobs and Im so very proud of them! For the children I watch at our Daycare, they are young, just starting their lives; and I pray for them each day. I remember being on my knees in tears praying for daughters when they were young, thinking that so many things could go wrong. But God answers prayers, just in His own time. The Lord Jesus has answered so many of prayers, and at the right time. I have an A.A. degree in Early Childhood Education, and Im certified in Special Education. I really enjoy it here at Parkville Nazarene Christian Daycare! Nancy has been a group leader for 3 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Delaware, and she completed graduate courses at Johns Hopkins University. Nancy taught grades 3-5 for 34 years in the Baltimore City Public School System. She enjoys sewing and traveling. Im Ms. Nichoel, and Im in my 20's. I graduated from Catonsville High School in 2004. I have been working at the daycare since February 2006. I have my 90 hour certificate, plus I'm infant qualified. I baby sit outside the daycare and enjoy working with children very much. Im recently married, and now expecting my first baby! My name is Laura Herrmann. I graduated from Parkville High in 2002, and currently attend CCBC part-time. I love kids, and I love having a job where I get to be a big kid every day! In my spare time I raise a beautiful two-year old little girl, Kelsy. Hope to see you and your children soon!
I am a senior at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. I soccer for my high school. I attended Hunt Valley Church for sixteen years where I was a junior leader for the middle school group and manager of the high school band. Currently I attend Faith Fellowship Church.
I have worked in a daycare setting since 1991. I love working with kids; they are so funny and so smart! I am married and have two beautiful daughters. I have a B.A. degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. I am a Senior Staff (90 hours)and Infant/Toddler qualified, as well as CPR/First-Aid trained. But more important, I am a Christian and I love Jesus! I count it a privilege to serve Him and the families are part of PNCD!
I started working as an Assistant, teaching the children with Ms. Tina. I now assist Ms. Vonnie. My spontaneous and creative nature has let me come up with lots of games and crafts that the children seem to love! I love music, so if you hear someone humming, its probably me!
Hi :-) My name is Natasha Hollingsworth. I am a mother of two girls, Imari and Zuri, and have been working in childcare for five years now. I love my field because I feel that I am taking part in building the character of the children, just like I do my own daughters. I particularly love caring for the babies. Most parents are comfortable with me immediately, because I am "one-way" all the time. And I feel it is necessary to instill responsibility, love, and courage in the children I care for. I have a strong belief in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost; and I believe the ultimate cure for all the worlds grief is to love them as Christ Jesus loves us. I choose to spread His love through my work at Daycare, and in my home life.
